KRISHNA JAYANTHI AND OORIYADI
Krishna Jayanthi and ooriyadi was celebrated in our school premises on 1st September 2018 (Saturday). The programme was started with Krishna pooja by our students and Ashtothram was recited by Smt. Sumathiji. The welcome address was given by our honorary correspondent Shri. S. GopalaKrishnanji. He insisted the students to face problem boldly like Lord Krishna. He also advised our students to follow personal cleanliness and to be honest. Shri P.C. Raghunathan SMDC member attended the programme.
Primary students participated in the cultural programme. Group song and Rangoli competitions were conducted and the students from V-XII std participated in group wise. The ‘Swatch Bharath Oath’ was taken by the students which was administered by our school ASPL Bavanthika Sree, X-A. The programme ended with Shanthi Manthram.
